I could come with a really long winded and complicated answer for this, but the simple fact is my daughter came up with the name.I was trying to think of an original and witty name for a design company that had not already been taken. Going through a long list of names that had all been taken, my daughter came up to me and pointed at a butterfly in the window and said "BooFly", and so it was born.
